Water is really expensive, and at $25, you should use it wisely. Water can add a lot of excitement though to a place, especially to rollercoasters which can fly or do inline twists. All you have to do is make them do the preceeding things over the actual water and bang, extra points on your rollecoasters excitement rating. Also, the water can cool down a spot, but it's too cold for people to swim in. So, i suggest you do not drown them because your rating will go down, and i'm sure you wouldn't want someone picking you up in the middle of yoru fun at a theme park and letting you drown in the big lake.
