| 1 Dead, 47 injured at Kennywood |

After a turbulent storm Friday, it was reported that 1 person, Stephanie Wilkerson, was dead, after the storm ripped throught he popular flat ride, The Whip, scattering debris throughout the park. The park was already operating on back-up power when the storm hit. The accident happened around 7 p.m. at The Whip, which is in the Lost Kennywood area of the amusement park. A spokeswoman said there were riders on the Whip's 16 cars when the roof collapsed.
